At Fusion Spice, every dish tells a story. The restaurant’s commitment to flavor extends into its unique Indo-Chinese offerings, as celebrated in Prashant Kumar Chaturvedi’s review. This fusion is exemplified with dishes like the crispy Chinese Bhel and the spicy Egg 65, showcasing a bold and adventurous twist on traditional tastes. And let's not overlook the dessert menu! The Shrikhand ($16.89), a smooth and fragrant yogurt dessert, paired with the traditional Gulab Jamun ($6.49) capped off my experience beautifully. The delicate balance of sweet and creamy in each bite left me longing for more.

“ Fusion Spice intertwines the zest of Indo-Chinese cuisine with a modern twist. The Chinese bhel crackles with flavor, while Egg 65 adds a spicy kick. Raj Kachori’s complexity and the Loaded Sandwich’s heartiness impress. Paneer Anagara’s smokiness, Double Tadka Dal’s depth, and Jeera Rice’s simplicity shine. The Kesar Pista Milkshake, a creamy dream, concludes the feast. A must-visit for an eclectic, savory adventure. ”

“ Highly recommend to try this newly opened restaurant. One of the best interiors I’ve seen in recent times of any Indian New Jersey restaurant! I loved the concept of chorafali and chutney for the starter, and it’s unlimited! We tried bitcoin which was really good! My most favorite was potatopia it tasted so good that I couldn’t stop eating that. We got shezwan frankie and paneer frankie, both were good but I liked paneer frankie a little more. Raj kachori was delicious with burst of flavors. For drinks we had lassi, mango lassi and Aampanna Aampanna was my favorite .Surti locho was very similar to it’s authentic taste. Masala paav had authentic Mumbai taste and daal khichdi was also one of my most favorites. We ended with rose falooda and malai kulfi ice cream was too good. ”
“ It was probably one of the best dosa i had in my life. My wife and i went there for the Wednesday unlimited dosa day, there schewan and dabang dosa was so good. This place is definitely recommended to go to if you are a foodie and enjoy mouthwatering food . They also have a good selection of other food on there menu besides dosa. ”
“ New Indian restaurant with authentic Indian taste. We tried appetizers- Dahi Puri, paneer roll and both were amazing Veg Manchurian and noodles were also so good and cooked to perfection In entree we tried paneer angara and their delicious chili cheese garlic Nan which melted in mouth. The service is slow at times but staff is good Parking is free and at the back of the restaurant. ”

“ Delicious food, prompt service and good, clean restaurant. Vada pav was pretty good, rightly grilled with right amount of chutneys. Not over done. Triple Schwan noodles were amazing. Good amount of spice and Indo Chinese flavors. Loved the fact that they did not over use soy, like most of other Indian places. Will definitely come back. ”
